ADS, Inc. is a leader in providing operational and tactical equipment. With GSA contracts and access to over 3,000 manufacturers, ADS offers operational and tactical equipment to the Department of Defense, the military, and federal agencies, as well as to law enforcement and fire and emergency services. The selection of operational and tactical gear is expansive, ranging from apparel and clothing systems to combat and military equipment and contractual vehicles to cases and medical supplies. Through kitting and assembly services, a package is put together to meet your needs with industry-leading accuracy from a combination of operational and tactical equipment. A package can be as large as combat equipment and clothing for an overseas mission or as small as a medical or traffic control kit. Others, such as the Escalation of Force kits, are preassembled for a specific purpose.
One highlight of operational and tactical clothing at ADS, Inc. is the GEN III ECWCS. This seven-layer clothing system is a redesign of the previous ECWCS with four additional layers, lightweight materials, and 30% less bulk. Utilizing a system of base, insulation, shell, and outer garments, GEN III ECWCS protects Soldiers in temperatures ranging from -40°F to over 60°F. Also supplied by ADS is FREE, or Fire Resistant Environmental Ensemble. As a cold weather clothing system based on GEN III, FREE is designed for Soldiers exposed to heat and fuel fires.
Supplies and equipment aren't ADS' only strengths. Logistics solutions are factored into our services through multiple contracts and warehousing. Our integrated logistics solutions will assemble a kit and get it to a location as quickly and efficiently as possible. Warehousing and supply chain management are also part of this system.
